There is portion of companies that completely build their businesses from traction they have gained through Facebook. It is said now that 83% of B2C business use social media to increase their brand exposure, 69% to increase the traffic to their website and 65% to gain market insights. To top this off 70% of business have managed to use social media to attract new customers. There are five main reasons customer use social media which are:

  • Poor Image: customers are always forming an image of your business on a conscious and subconscious level. Your social media account may contain content that is triggering negative emotions towards your business.

  • Limited customer interact: If your interaction on social media is limited people assume your business lacks communication with their customers, a business that is constantly sharing about their local news seems far more community orientated.
